Both the upper and lower rewind shafts are driving by two independent Asynchronous motors.
A machine mounted overhead bridge is provided between the unwinder and the main slitting unit facilitates easy accessibility to the slitting section and a place where the operator can observe both the unwind & slitting operations by standing under the bridge.
