Key Features
Flat dryer (book type) of 3 Zones with a dryer length of 7.5 meters with driven idler rollers and double sided nozzles both above and below the moving web (Stainless Steel Nozzles on request).
The unique feature being that the solvent-based coating unit is (rotogravure and semi flexo) interchangeable on this machine.
This machine has a portable coating unit only for solvent based coatings which can be
inserted laterally with the help of the special pallet trolley.
For solventless coating, both the steel metering rollers can be engaged and disengaged pneumatically making clean-up very easy.
The laminating nip has an additional back-up roller to provide better optics in laminates.
Two cooling rollers to bring the web back to room temperature to ensure uniformity in winding.
