This has all the features of both the dry and solventless laminators.
Key Features
The dry laminating machine has an energy efficient compact two zones 6 meters long arch type dryer with a special design re-circulation system to conserve heat energy.
The supply blowers have VFD drives for controlling the air supply from the machine panel.
For solvent based coatings the impression rubber roller has a removable sleeve that can be easily extracted from the side.
For solventless coating, both the steel metering rollers can be engaged and disengaged pneumatically making clean-up very easy.
The laminating nip has an additional back-up roller to provide better optics in laminates
Chilling roller after the heating laminating roller to bring the web back to room temperature to ensure uniformity in winding.
